When deciding to invest in a workshop vs. take an online course, there are a few key differences to take into consideration:
Dr. Finlayson-Fife has designed each workshop and retreat to be an immersive, in-depth experience, that offers live instruction in a distraction-free environment and community of support. Workshops and Retreats allow participants to experience a burst of personal and relational development in a brief period of time.
In contrast, online courses allow you a full year (minimum) to access on-demand instruction, as well as review and implement course concepts. Each online course is self-paced and completed at home.
Many workshop participants use live workshops and retreats as a launching point for their development and then purchase the corresponding online course as an ongoing source of learning and review.
