Daytime and evening appointments are available Wednesday through Saturday. Please call for details.
Location
My office is located near the Indian Hill station on the Metra Union Pacific North Line. Pace bus route 213 also stops there. Please call for directions.
Rates and Payment
$145 per 50 minute session, $230 per 80 minute session. Sliding scale fees are be available for low-income clients with no insurance or community resources to draw on. Please inquire for more information. Payment by cash or check at the time of service.
Insurance
In order for us to set realistic treatment goals and priorities, it is important to evaluate what resources you have available to pay for your treatment. If you have a health insurance policy, it will usually provide some coverage for mental health treatment. I will fill out forms and provide you with whatever assistance I can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however payment for services is expected at the time of service, and you are responsible for collecting reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, client is responsible for half the cost of missed appointments
