Location
My office is located near the Indian Hill station on the Metra Union Pacific North Line. Pace bus route 213 also stops there. Please call for directions.

For clients living too far away, sessions are conducted by teleconference (skype or googletalk). Webcam required.

Rates and Payment
Weekdays: $175 per 50 minute session, $280 per 80 minute session. Sessions on Saturday (all times) and on weekdays between 3pm and 9pm Central Time will be billed at a higher rate: $195 per 50 minute session, $295 per 80 minute session. Sliding scale fees are available for low-income clients with no insurance or community resources to draw on. Please inquire for more information. Payment by cash or check at the time of service.

Insurance
In order for us to set realistic treatment goals and priorities, it is important to evaluate what resources you have available to pay for your treatment. If you have a health insurance policy, it will usually provide some coverage for mental health treatment. I will fill out forms and provide you with whatever assistance I can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however payment for services is expected at the time of service, and you are responsible for collecting reimbursement from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, client is responsible for half the cost of missed appointments
